Hi,
Obviusly I don't speak german, can anyone tell me what does mean
"Differenzbesteuert gemäß §25a UStG" ?

You don't expect us germans to understand our own tax laws, don't you?

All we have to know is "when to pay how much" (as in every other country).

I understand my tax laws, but I don't know if yours are the same. In this
case Matthias has said it's the same.

"Differenzbesteuerung" means that the value added tax is not based on
the total sales price. Instead it is based upon the difference between
the purchase price and the sales price.

(gemäß §25 UStG: accoording to §25a sales tax law)

example:

Your dealer has bought an oldtimer for 8500 euros and is selling it to
you for 10000 euros. The VAT is not based on the 10000 euros but on the
difference, which is 1500 euros.

"Differenzbesteuerung" means that the value added tax is not based on
